Our VIP programme rewards all customers for playing with us.  Any real money play generates points.  These can be exchanged for bonuses, tournament tickets and freerolls.

We have made a few changes including a great new monthly $5000 guaranteed tournament, so please check below to make sure you are still getting the best value.

You can earn more points and rewards by increasing your VIP level; this is set at the start of the month and depends on your previous month’s play

TURN POINTS INTO REWARDS

The Poker Points you earn are converted into VIP Points that you can use to purchase rewards. The higher your VIP level, the more VIP Points you get for each Poker Point through our VIP Points Multiplier.

To spend your VIP Points, open the ‘Cashier’ then select the ‘Poker Points’ tab.

VIP LOYALTY LEVELS

Your VIP Loyalty level at any time, and the rewards you can enjoy, depends on the number of Poker Points you earned in the previous qualifying period (Points Term).

For example, if you earn 1,000 Poker Points in a month, you will attain Topaz status, and have access to all Topaz rewards for the following month. To stay Topaz , you must earn at least 1,000 in that following month.

Earning 72,000 points within a 12-month period will qualify for the elite annual levels.

FAQs

1. How do I enrol in the VIP Programme?

It’s automatic. The moment you earn your first Poker Point you are immediately working towards your first VIP level. Your VIP level is set at the beginning of each calendar month, based on how many Poker Points you earned in the prior month.

2. How is my VIP level calculated?

Your VIP level at any given time is based upon the number of Poker Points you earned in the previous calendar month. For annual VIP levels, this is based on the total number of Poker Points for the previous 12 month period. However you can be promoted to an annual level as soon as you have 72,000 points e.g. if you earn 25,000 Poker Points each month for three months, you have made it. You will remain at an annual level as long as your 12 month Poker Points total is at least 72,000.

3. How soon can I start to enjoy VIP rewards?

You can access your VIP rewards on the first day of the calendar month following your enrolment.  Some rewards require you to spend VIP Points. Click here to see the rewards for each VIP level.

4. How do I earn VIP Points?

The number of VIP Points you earn depends on the number of Poker Points you earn, AND your VIP level when you earn them. As your VIP level increases, the rate at which your Poker Points convert to VIP Points increases (your Points Multiplier) e.g. at QUARTZ level, 1 Poker Point = 1 VIP Point. At AMETHYST level, 1 Poker Point = 2.5 VIP Points. Note: Poker Points and not VIP Points determine your VIP level.

5. Where can I see how many VIP Points I have?

Your available VIP Points balance is displayed under the Poker Points tab in the ’Cashier’. You need to log into your account to see this. As you spend VIP Points, your balance will change accordingly.

6. What can I do with my VIP Points?

VIP Points can only be used to purchase items that are available to you under the Poker Points tab in the ‘Cashier’. VIP Points cannot be transferred to another player. At present they cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. How do I earn Poker Points?

Poker Points are accumulated by playing ring (cash) games and tournaments.    Cash game Points are awarded to players at a rate of 3.25 for each dollar of rake an individual player contributes to a pot e.g.  If you contribute 40% to a pot that is raked at $3 you will receive 3.9 Points (3 x 40% x 3.25 = 3.9). Your share of the awarded points will be adjusted based on the internal strength relationship between players in that hand. If you take on less experienced opposition you can expect to collect (slightly) less points, if you go up against more experienced players, you will collect (slightly) more points.
For tournaments, Points are awarded at a rate of 5 Poker Points for each $1 of tournaments entry fee paid, e.g. if a player enters a $10 +1 tournament, they will receive 5 Points. Playing as a guest or for fun does not earn the player Poker Points.

8. Where can I see how many Poker Points I have?

The total lifetime number of Poker Points in your account can be found under the Poker Points tab in the ’Cashier’. You need to log into your account to see this.

9. How often are my Poker Points and VIP Points updated?

Your accrued Poker Points (and converted VIP Points) are updated every 24 hours. When you make a purchase with your VIP Points, your VIP Points balance will be updated immediately.

10. How long does my VIP level status last?

Your VIP level status lasts for one full month. In order to maintain your VIP status on the monthly levels, you must earn the required amount of Poker Points every month; if you do not accumulate the required number of Poker Points, your VIP level will decrease, conversely if you accumulate enough points you can move up to a higher VIP level.
For the annual VIP levels, you must maintain the required level of Poker Points earned for the previous 12 month period at the minimum requirement (equivalent to the yearly level Points/12) for the level you are on. However at these levels, you are entitled to one month’s ‘grace’ per year when your accumulated Poker Points can fall below this requirement for one month only; your accumulated Poker Points must return to the minimum for your level in the following month otherwise your VIP level will decrease.

11. Can I get back to my previous VIP level status?

Yes you can. You simply need to accumulate the minimum number of Poker Points for the required level and you will attain that VIP level in the following calendar month.

12. How and when are Points Race prizes paid out?

All Points Race cash prizes are credited to customers’ accounts within 96 hours of the start of the following month. The total available cash prize in each applicable VIP level are paid out to the top 20 players in terms of accumulated Poker Points in the relevant month, in the following ratio:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VIP PROGRAMME

1. Poker Points have no value other than to determine your VIP level.
2. VIP Points have no monetary value and can only be exchanged for items at your approved VIP Level and available under the ‘Poker Points’ tab of the ‘Cashier’.
3. Poker Points (or VIP Points) cannot be traded with, or transferred to, other customer accounts.
4. Any existing Poker Points or VIP Points earned prior to 1st June 2009 were zeroed on that day and are not available for use.
5. To purchase approved items with your VIP Points, you must visit the ‘Poker Points’ tab in the ‘Cashier’, then click ‘Proceed’ and then ‘Confirm’.
6. You must ensure that you have sufficient VIP Points to complete the purchase. Approved items may only be purchased with Poker Points. No refunds are available for items purchased under the ‘Poker Points’ tab.
7. All purchases with VIP Points are the customer’s responsibility; customers should not purchase items that they cannot use, for example (but not restricted to) multiple tickets to the same event. All purchases are non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled or reversed once made.
8. All applicable tournament tickets purchased under the VIP Programme have a validity of 90 days.
9. Bonuses: Players at monthly VIP levels can only trigger each applicable bonus once in any calendar month.
10. All players can only work towards the release of a single bonus at any given time. Any bonuses triggered but not released in the designated time-frame will be forfeited (bonus information can be found on the bonus page).

12. When a player account is suspended for any reason, that player's access to any and all VIP Programme benefits and VIP Points will be suspended until such a time as the account becomes active again.
13. All Points Race cash prizes are credited to qualifying customer accounts within 96 hours of the start of the month following the month in which the Points Race took place.
14. The Poker Manager reserves the right to:
• amend the terms under which Poker Points and VIP Points may be accumulated, their relative value and worth, and how they may be utilised by the customers
• amend or withdraw any of the above promotions at any given time, at their sole discretion
• terminate the player account of any player found to be in default of these Terms and Conditions or abusing or not following program rules
• reset to zero, the VIP Points of any customer inactive for at least 365 days (inactive = zero Poker Points generated in the period of 365 days.). This includes suspended accounts.
